POLITIK KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAHAN PRESIDEN JOKO WIDODO TERHADAP TRANSPORTASI BERBASIS ONLINE TAHUN 2014 – 2019
This study analyzes the political policies of President Joko Widodo's from 2014 to 2019 towards online-based transportation. Political policies related to the response and power relation between the goverment and on online-based transportation business. This study uses qualitative methods with primary data in the form of interviews and is equipped with secondary data. Using the perspective of urban regimes and power relations this study find that that there are three phases of government response: 1. The government has a firm decision to reject regarding the operation of online-based transportation; 2. The government try to accomodate online-based transportaton but with complicated rules; and 3. The government has a welcome regulation regarding the operation of online-based transportation. In the proses of policy response, there is a power relationship between the online-based transportation business regime and the government. The power relations of the two form a positive and mutually beneficial system.
